These teams, one from each school, will see the competitive stage, which will be held from February 15 to May 17. The final competition will be the protection of public scientific papers before a competent competitive commission consisting of representatives from universities and professional telecommunications industry. The Commission will assess the scientific development team, based on innovation, practical value, logic and architecture design, speed of implementation will also be considered for presentation skills.
